- Individual Therapy: $125 (45–60 minutes)
- Couples Therapy: $150 (60–90 minutes)
- Family Therapy: $175 (90 minutes)
Fees may vary if using commercial insurance through Grow Therapy.

3. Session Frequency
Session frequency depends on your goals:
- Short-term, solution-focused therapy for immediate concerns.
- Long-term, ongoing support for deeper work.
- Options include weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly sessions.
4. Scheduling & Insurance
- Insurance Clients: Book through Grow Therapy. For insurance verification, call (646) 687-9932.
- Self-Pay Clients: Contact mjakbar@breakingbhad.com or call 407.676.2916 to schedule.
- Payment via Zelle must be made before the session. Payments are non-refundable.
5. Cancellation Policy
- 24-Hour Notice Required for all cancellations or reschedules.
- Late Cancellations: Less than a 24-hour notice may result in a charge of 100% of the session fee.
- No-Shows: Charged the full session fee.
- Emergencies: Considered case-by-case; fees may be waived at the provider's discretion.
6. Payment Policies
- Zelle accepted for self-pay clients; payment must be made before the session.
- No refunds for late cancellations or no-shows.
- If canceled more than 24 hours in advance, prepayments (excluding deposits) can be applied to a rescheduled session within 30 days.
7. Preparing for Your Virtual Session
Technical Prep
- Test your device, camera, microphone, and internet connection in advance.
- Use a wired internet connection if possible.
- Keep my phone number handy in case you need to reconnect.
Environmental Prep
- Choose a quiet, private, well-lit space.
- Use headphones for added privacy.
- Eliminate distractions by silencing notifications and closing unused apps.
Mental & Emotional Prep
- Set an intention for what you’d like to discuss.
- Write down key points or questions.
- Give yourself time before and after to process.
